Falanghina del Sannio DOC
Falanghina del Sannio DOC VITAE is grown on a small patch of tuffaceous soil which gives the wine a good structure and intense aromas. After the hand-picked grapes, it is vinified in white with controlled fermentation at 12 °C. Finally, it ages in steel. Straw yellow in color with aromas of banana, green apple and aromatic herbs, this white berried wine is endowed with an elegance and harmony that can be felt at the first sip. The flavor is dry and soft, balanced by a robust structure and good acidity. A pleasure to be enjoyed both for an aperitif and for a dinner, with combinations that can range from fish to white meats and fresh cheeses.
