Naples-type Salami is a sausage produced with the best meat of heavy pigs coarsely minced and expertly tanned and flavored. Thanks to the ancient family knowledge, handed down from generation to generation, the Napoli Salami is characterized by its softness obtained thanks to the perfect balance between lean and fat parts of the meat, for the intense aroma and for the unique and unmistakable taste. Flavored with pepper and stuffed into natural casings, it is tied by hand and aged for about 60 days.
